Ricetta per l’economia!
Un mio conoscente si è recato all’ufficio Iva, per reclamare l’Iva di una
ditta chiusa nel 2001; ma non triste rammarico gli è stato detto, che
occorreva ancora anni per avere i soldi!
E’ risaputo che il fisco deve dei soldi molto maggiori in rapporto da quello
che incassa annualmente; ma se il cittadino non paga lo rovinano, mentre il
fisco non subisce nessuna punizione e, questa sarebbe la giustizia, mi
ricorderò meglio, quando sarà l’ora di votare! Ci sono ditte che sono
fallite, il rimborso, gli farebbe tirare un filo d’ossigeno, ma si parla d’
evasione, ma a quanto pare è meno evasore il cittadino che l’impositore
delle tasse! Ricordo quando ero a Stoccolma e per ottenere il permesso di
soggiorno dovetti lavorare per avere il soggiorno. Tornato in Italia
mandai una lettera all’ufficio delle tasse e con mia sorpresa ricevetti i
soldi pagati, in più, e le ricevetti nell’arco di dieci giorni! Si trattava
dell’anni 1966! Se ben ricordo, dall’Iva nacque nel 1973 su una legge del
1972 e fine Ige e Dazio Irpef 1974 , si passò quindi alla riforma
tributaria, e la premessa era un miglioramento fiscale all’Americana: cioè
defalcazione delle spese sostenute e sulla differenza si sarebbe pagato le
tasse, creando così la fine dell’evasione poiché la defalcazione della carta
igienica, del vino del cappotto, della macchina, delle crociere ecc.
Invece come premio alla defalcazione all’americana, arrivò anticipo sulle
tasse ; prima sull’irpef che si sarebbero pagate per l’anno successivo
togliendo così il guadagno! Come non bastasse subentrò lo stesso discorso
per l’Iva! Alla faccia del giaguaro, poi venne Iciap, poi l’irap, Ici tassa
sul capitale, poi la tassa di proprietà sul veicolo! Senza considerare le
tasse sulla benzina. Arciori! Altro che tasse all’americana! Chiamerei più
che altre gabelle alla romana! Poi i Bottini Comunali (Distribuzione acqua)
luce gas ecc.
Sembra di trovarci nel cuore dell’ingiustizia totale come gli aguzzini del
passato delle contee e principati, che tassavano anche i poveri, pena la
forca!
Oggi siamo allo stesso livello; senza decapitazione, ma che comunque è cosa
vergognosa!
Abbiamo tasse autostradali, tasse sulla benzina, tasse sull’aria ecc.!
Quindi l’evasione solo quello che dovemmo defalcare; all’ora no è evasione,
ma il vero evasore è lo stato!
I trecento mila miliardi spesi nel mezzogiorno; sono grosso modo in
equivalenza tre milioni di miliardi che in euro 1500.000.000.000 di euro è
Bono! Le ferrovie spendevano 10 e incassavano 5, è Bono anche questo! Prima
esistevano enti assistenziali; per i commercianti, artigiani, statali e,
questi enti erano in attivo! Oggi con l’imps alleluia!
Vi do una ricetta per incrementare l’economia!
Defalcazione all’americana tutto sarà fatturato, quindi non vi saranno più
evasioni! In oltre ci sarà lavoro per i falegnami, elettricisti, meccanici,
cartiere, crociere, rifacimento della casa, costruzione della casa,
imbianchini, libri e con loro più cultura, fabbri, architetti, geometri,
artisti, macchine aerei ecc.! Riduzione dei parlamentari, peso sociale, solo
per fare della demagogia e pochi fatti!
In poche parole si ricrea il consumo fermo per la crisi internazionale e il
benessere migliorato!
