Non ho tempo è la peggiore scusa del mondo

Sarà capitato anche a te di esclamare almeno una volta “quanto mi piacerebbe, ma non ho tempo”. Non c’è peggior scusa di questa per motivare una non azione, soprattutto perchéè una bugia che diciamo a noi stessi. Se ci crediamo o no, lascio a te ripondere. Non posso essere più d’accordo con quanto afferma, tra le righe del suo The productivity project, Chris Bailey:

don’t have time for that” is the biggest excuse out there. When someone says they “don’t have time” for something, what they’re really saying is that a task isn’t as important or attractive as whatever else they have on their plate. Every person gets twenty-four hours of time every day and gets to spend those twenty-four hours however he or she chooses.
